Marona Posey has been writing for ten years, has published 8 novels and a workbook for writing your memoirs. She is a retired Attorney, Teacher and Medical Technologist. She loves to write about the South where she grew up and of course, Texas, her home for the last 20 years. Her "Trails to Texas" series has received great reviews. These historic novels start in 1960, the forgotten era, but one generating a lot of new interest. Her novel "Back for Tomorrow" (from a different series) won fist place in the Beverly Hills Book Awards in the New Adult genre. She is a graduate of SMU's novel track program. She teaches art at a retirement center, conducts seminars on how to write your memoirs, and in her spare time she likes to paint, grow herbs, cook, and play with her grandchildren. She lives near Dallas.
